Diploma in Jewellery Design and Manufacture

Established in 1994, the Jasani Department of Jewellery Design & Manufacture was founded with the expert guidance of Decta Consultants, U.K., and support from the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India. The flagship programme, Diploma in Jewellery Design & Manufacture, is offered by Premlila Vithaldas Polytechnic, S.N.D.T. Women’s University—a pioneering institution in technical education for women in India.

This is the only diploma programme of its kind conducted under the national jurisdiction of the renowned S.N.D.T. Women’s University. The curriculum focuses on nurturing creativity and developing professional competencies across the allied fields of jewellery design, manufacturing, artistry, and business. Over the past decades, diploma holders from the department have earned prestigious national and international awards, and continue to serve the industry as highly skilled professionals.
